Service Description

This is for a comprehensive, holistic nutrition intake with intervention and goal planning. Virtual coaching or consults are offered via phone or through Healthie or Zoom. Direct access functional testing options are not included in the consultation price. Due to our biochemical individuality, I do not believe in one-size-fits-all testing, diets, or nutritional approaches. I feel that taking individual differences into account is necessary to find the most effective dietary and lifestyle interventions to help clients reach their goals.
